Little Pixie Forest Pixie

Hello!  DT Larisa here sharing my fun shaker card using the NEW Little Pixie Forest Pixie!  I have to tell you, the moment I saw this set, I fell in love with it!  It' s just so stinkin' cute!  Not only do you get that sweet little fairy, but you also get all of her adorable little friends!  Love it! 

For my card, I decided to do a shaker card!  First I die cut some of the Birch Trees and layered them on top of some woodgrain patterned paper.  Then I colored up my images with Copics to match my patterned paper.  Next, I die cut some leaves from the New Autumn Die set and added them to my sequins for my shaker.  I assembled my shaker card and added the little birdie image on one of the trees.  Finally, I popped my fairy with some foam tape and added a few other embellishments.  There you have it, one fairy fun shaker card!

Hi Peeps...

Christine here today...  it's my turn for the blog post, and I decided to revisit one of my favourite of the gorgeous Pollycraft images - this is Dotty - isnt' she just TOO cute??

 

 

I did lots of shading around the image which I think really makes her 'pop' from the card - then added lots of sparkle to her banner, her hat, and her hair bows..  well, a girl can't have TOO much glitter, can she?? 

 

 

I used the scalloped circle and cutter circle layering dies, and some paper from the Pastel My Belle paper pack - which co-ordinated well with the Copic colours I used.

Cute as a Bug

I've got something a little different to share with you today.

Before I fell in love with cardmaking I used to do a lot of scrapbooking.  I haven't done any for years and years but my New Years Resolution was that 2016 was going to be the year I start scrapping again:)

So I started and I've made a few pages but I have really wanted to add a copic coloured image to a layout for quite a while now, and I've finally done it :)

 

 

I thought little Elfie would work really well with the photo of my 2 girls being bugs (actually a butterfly and an ant)!

The toadstools are from the Make a card #13 die and I coloured them with copics too.  The clouds are from this die also.

 

I used the new Jumbo Alphabet die too. Ever since I saw it I have wanted to use it on a page!  It is such a great size for scrapbooking and super cute too :)

 

 I'm so glad I finally got to combine my love of stamping and colouring with my love of scrapping :)

CC Designs stamps and dies can be used for so many more things than just cards and I'm really happy with how my page turned out.

Today I'm sharing my latest card for C.C. Designs using this adorable stamp called Pollycraft Marieta. Isn't she so stinkin' CUTE?!! I stamped her on Xpress It Blending Card and colored her with Copics.

 

 Copics:

Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E01, E11
Hair: E42, E47, E49

Pink: R81, R83, R85

Red: R24, R27, R29, R39

Black: C3, C5, C7

 

I used the new C.C. Designs Cutter Scalloped Circle Die and regular Circle Die to cut out my image. The sentiment is from the Smoochie Sentiments Clear Stamp Set. I cut the tag shape around the sentiment using one of the dies from C.C. Designs Cutter Make A Card #2 Die.The enamel dots are from the Princess set. My ribbon is from Walmart.

Pollycraft Fairy Princess Bunny

 

Hey crafty peeps!! I'd like to share a card I made with the new Pollycraft Fairy Princess Bunny.

 

 I love that this stamp can be used for so much more than easter cards.  I colored her with Copics and added Clear Wink of Stella to her wings.  The decorative stamping around my image and sentiment are from the Smoochie Sentiments released last month.  I love that little dot trio!
