I have always liked Gina K.'s Pig stamp and I finally decided I was going to use one. I pictured this little piggy with a pink bow. When I stamped this Pig I was going to make a birthday card, but I had already attached the pink bow and it didn't match the birthday paper I was going to use. I went in a different direction and decided to go with pink and brown. I like pink and brown together, its a very girly combo.
I punched the squares with the Mega Scalloped Square Punch (the pink one). I punched out the pig with the Extra Jumbo Circle Punch (blue one).
I colored the pig in with Prisma Pencils and Gina K. OMS. I have found that my favorite part of stamping is coloring in the images. The joy of seeing the image come to life is a thrill for me.
I finished the card off by chalking the edges with Pebbles Inc. Pearlescent Chalk.
